Hi, I’m Kathy. I’m a women’s empowerment specialist – but it’s not been an easy ride to get here!

For over twenty years I worked globally in women’s rights, I worked for charities and governments doing incredible life changing work to transform the lives of women and girls.

I had the knowledge, passion and commitment but gradually felt something was missing. I looked capable and confident, but often I felt overwhelmed and frustrated. Eventually I burnt out from not having the professional impact I was capable of and hiding how I felt.

Thankfully working with brilliant coaches changed everything for me. I saw how my conditioned thinking was stealing my confidence, joy and fulfilment. Freeing myself from that and realising that I’m so much more than my thinking was the key than unlocked everything for me.

It was such a relief.

It enabled me to find my true inner, self-confidence and wisdom and it’s the most liberating and empowering thing I’ve ever done.

I love helping other women find that for themselves too.
