Connection and Reconnection
Life, for me, is all about connection.
It’s also about joy and hope and power and wisdom and confidence and stability and clarity.
It’s about trust and ease and peace and freedom.
It’s about how in reconnecting to myself all those things just began to appear in me.
It’s about how when I finally stopped seeking and yearning and trying and efforting to find them outside of myself and turned inwards that they began to appear.
It’s about how they weren’t built and efforted and processed and brainstormed into a precarious existence.
It’s about how they just solidly emerged when I finally understood where they had been all along.
It’s about how I saw that they were always simply there while I’d innocently been distracted and looking for them in the wrong direction.
It’s about doing less, not more.
It’s about how all of this is available to all of us, if we just stop thinking it isn’t.
It’s about how I didn’t change my job, my home, my friends or my relationship and yet everything changed.
It’s about seeing that it’s so much simpler than I thought and easier to start.
It’s about how I love connecting with people and helping them reconnect to themselves.
